Abstract

La presente se refiere a un bastidor óptico para uso interno e instalación en racks de diecinueve pulgadas para cableado estructurado para tráfico de voz, datos e imágenes. El bastidor óptico de la presente tiene uso interno, para instalación en racks, para cableado vertical o primario, en salas o armarios de distribución principal, en la función de administración y gerencia de cableado troncal óptico, o para cableado horizontal o secundario, en salas de telecomunicaciones, en la función de distribución de servicios en sistemas ópticos horizontales. El bastidor óptico de acuerdo con la presente, posee más del 96% de su masa plástica, teniendo un peso medio de 750 gramos. Considerando que no son necesarias partes metálicas susceptibles de oxidación, se obtiene un producto más durable. Adicionalmente, los componentes de anclaje son producidos en acero inoxidable y, de esta forma, el sistema resultante es más liviano y tiene mayor longevidad.
