Abstract
La presente se refiere a un proceso mejorado para la producción de productos nutricionales, tales como, por ejemplo, preparados para lactantes, que contienen proteína de la leche y sacárido de la leche. También es particularmente útil para la producción de productos nutricionales desmineralizados y proporciona tanto el producto nutricional final como así también los ingredientes de suero de proteína de la leche que contienen sacárido de la leche útiles para la producción de productos nutricionales de ese tipo.
