Abstract

La presente descripción proporciona un proceso para producir un anhídrido de sulfonilazida alifático y la composición de anhídrido de sulfonilazida alifático resultante. El proceso incluye: (i) tio-acetoxilar un anhídrido de ácido alquenilcarboxílico para formar un intermediario de anhídrido de tioacetato, (ii) oxiclorar el intermediario de anhídrido de tioacetato para formar un intermediario de anhídrido de cloruro de sulfonilo; y (iii) azidizar el intermediario de anhídrido de cloruro de sulfonilo para formar un anhídrido de sulfonilazida alifático. Se provee además, una composición que comprende a dicho anhídrido.
