Abstract
En una máquina cosechadora de cultivos se proporciona un par de cilindros de flotación hidráulicos para un colector con relación a un vehículo, donde una presión de flotación a los cilindros se controla directamente por medio de un control electrónico que suministra una señal de control variable a una disposición de válvulas de PPRR para mantener la presión de flotación a un valor predeterminado. Como presión fijada se proporciona al reactor una fuerza de elevación predeterminada. Un sensor de posición se usa para generar una indicación de movimiento y/o aceleración. El control electrónico se dispone, en respuesta a los cambios en la señal del sensor, para cambiar temporalmente la señal de control para variar la fuerza de elevación y de este modo cambiar la respuesta dinámica del cilindro de flotación hidráulico. Con el fin de reducir la fricción estática de modo que el sistema pueda reaccionar rápidamente, se proporciona una disposición para generar el movimiento recíproco relativo en un patrón de onda alternativa entre el pistón y el cilindro.
