Abstract
Una pulverizadora agrícola autopropulsada construida con un chasis en forma de T que contiene una rueda central que, además de producir la tracción de la misma, posee una llanta hueca que sirve de tanque para alojar el producto fitosanitario a aplicar. Dicho tanque puede ser de volumen variable, pudiendo también utilizarse dos ruedas-tanque en tándem con un mecanismo de oruga para disminuir la compactación del suelo. La pulverizadora cuenta además con una segunda rueda, ubicada en la base de la T, que permite realizar dirección y tracción secundaria; un pórtico ubicado hacia arriba y perpendicularmente a la meda central, en cuyas patas retráctiles se encuentran adosadas las ruedas laterales por medio de sus correspondientes amortiguadores; y brazos, contenidos en el pórtico, que hacen de biela y puntal y cuya función es subir, bajar y sostener el botalón, el cual también puede colocarse en forma perpendicular para la protección de cultivos en espaldera.
