Abstract

Se proporciona una etiquetadora automática de impresión térmica bajo demanda. El cabezal de impresión térmica se coloca encima del eje de rotación del cabezal rotativo, con una platina cilíndrica montada de manera horizontal opuesta al cabezal de impresión. Un separador o pasador de liberación se monta debajo de la platina; el pasador se posiciona muy cerca de la región de impresión del cabezal de impresión. Este posicionamiento de los componentes da lugar a que se imprima una etiqueta y se distribuya sobre un fuelle en un índice del cabezal rotativo de múltiples fuelles. Se proporcionan trenes de transmisión directa por engranajes independientes para el cabezal rotativo y el accionamiento de cintas de etiquetas. El pasador de separación puede tener un borde curvado para reducir el desgarramiento de la tira de soporte de etiquetas.
