Abstract

Método para determinar el nivel de actividad de enfermedades autoinmunes que comprende: a) proveer una muestra biológica, b) determinar el nivel de las isoformas TbRII-A, TbRII-B y TbRII-Se de la muestra biológica, c) calcular el nivel de actividad realizando el cociente entre el nivel de TbRII-Se y el nivel de la suma de TbRII-A y TbRII-B. Se puede medir el nivel de las isoformas detectando los polipéptidos de dichas isoformas o el ARNm de las isoformas en las células mononucleares sanguíneas circulantes aisladas, por ejemplo mediante RT-qPCR.
