Abstract
Esta descripción se refiere a moléculas de ácido nucleico y sus métodos de uso para el control de plagas de coleópteros y/o hemípteros a través de la inhibición mediada por interferencia de ARN de las secuencias codificadoras y no codificadoras transcriptas diana en las plagas de coleópteros y/o hemípteros. La descripción también se refiere a métodos para obtener plantas transgénicas que expresan las moléculas de ácido nucleico útiles para el control de plagas de coleópteros y/o hemípteros y las células de planta y plantas obtenidas de este modo.
