Abstract

Un proceso para tratar una corriente de fluido que comprende H₂S y CO₂, en la que a) la corriente de fluido se trata en un primer absorbedor a una presión de 10 a 150 bar con una primera subcorriente de un absorbente selectivo de H₂S regenerado para obtener una corriente de fluido tratada y un absorbente cargado de H₂S; b) el absorbente cargado de H₂S se calienta por intercambio de calor indirecto con absorbente selectivo de H₂S regenerado; c) el absorbente cargado de H₂S calentado se descomprime hasta una presión de 1,2 a 10 bar en un recipiente de descompresión a baja presión para obtener un primer gas de escape rico en CO₂ y un absorbente parcialmente regenerado; d) el absorbente parcialmente regenerado se regenera en una columna de desorción para obtener un gas de escape rico en H₂S y absorbente regenerado; e) el gas de escape rico en H₂S se alimenta en una unidad de Claus y el gas de escape de la unidad de Claus se alimenta en una unidad de hidrogenación para obtener gas de cola de Claus hidrogenado; f) el gas de cola de Claus hidrogenado y el primer gas de escape rico en CO₂ se tratan en un segundo absorbedor a una presión de 1 a 4 bar con una segunda subcorriente del absorbente selectivo de H₂S regenerado para obtener un segundo gas rico en CO₂ y un segundo absorbente cargado de H₂S; y g) el segundo absorbente cargado de H₂S es guiado al primer absorbedor. También una planta apropiada para la realización del proceso. El proceso es notable por un bajo requerimiento de energía.
