Abstract
Reivindicación 1: Un concentrado adyuvante emulsionado, que comprende: un ácido hidrocarbonado aromático sulfonado alquilado; uno o más aceites; y un ajustador de pH, en donde el ajustador de pH es una base, en donde el concentrado adyuvante emulsionado esta configurado para ser estable en una forma concentrada y en una forma diluida, y en donde el concentrado adyuvante emulsionado está configurado para brindar, cuando se diluye, una composición que tiene un valor de pH tamponado de desde 4 a 8. Reivindicación 2: El concentrado adyuvante de la reivindicación 1, en donde el aceite es un aceite natural. Reivindicación 3: El concentrado adyuvante de la reivindicación 1, en donde el aceite es un aceite natural transesterificado. Reivindicación 4: El concentrado adyuvante de la reivindicación 1, en donde el uno o más aceites están seleccionados del grupo que consiste en un éster de ácido graso alquilado, un aceite de terpenos, un lípido alcoxilado, un alcohol alcoxilado, un lípido hidrófilo heteroatómico, un ácido graso hidrófilo heteroatómico, un alcohol hidrófilo heteroatómico, y una combinación de los mismos. Reivindicación 5: El concentrado adyuvante de la reivindicación 1, en donde el uno o más aceites están seleccionados del grupo que consiste en un aceite natural, un aceite sintético, un compuesto lineal, un compuesto ramificado, un aceite saturado, un aceite no saturado, un compuesto alifático, un compuesto cíclico, un aceite modificado, un aceite no modificado, un aceite vegetal alquilado, un aceite esencial, un aceite comestible, un aceite extraído de una planta, un aceite extraído de una parte de una planta, un aceite extraído de un árbol, un aceite extraído de un arbusto, un aceite extraído de una hoja, un aceite extraído de una flor, un aceite extraído de un pasto, un aceite extraído de un fluido vegetal, un aceite extraído de una hierba, un aceite extraído de una fruta, un aceite extraído de una semilla, un aceite puro, una mezcla de aceites, un aceite etoxilado, un aceite propoxilado, un aceite sulfonado, un aceite nitrado, un aceite fosfinado, y combinaciones de los mismos. Reivindicación 15: El concentrado adyuvante de la reivindicación 1, en donde el ácido hidrocarbonado aromático sulfonado alquilado esta seleccionado del grupo que consiste en ácidos alquil bencensulfónicos lineales, ácidos alquil bencensulfónicos ramificados, y combinaciones de los mismos. Reivindicación 24: El concentrado adyuvante de la reivindicación 1, en donde la base es seleccionada del grupo que consiste en aminas terciarias, trietanolamina, dietanolamina, monoetanolamina, y combinaciones de las mismas. Reivindicación 26: El concentrado adyuvante de la reivindicación 1, que comprende además uno o más aditivos, en donde el uno o más aditivos están seleccionados del grupo que consiste en preservantes, clarificadores, agentes anticongelantes, hidrótropos, estabilizantes, antioxidantes, quelantes, agentes complejantes, colorantes, modificadores de la reología, antiespumantes, nutrientes, estimulantes, agentes de crecimiento, aminoácidos, micronutrientes, hormonas, agua, otros solventes, y combinaciones de los mismos. Reivindicación 38: El adyuvante de la reivindicación 36, en donde el ingrediente activo adicional está seleccionado del grupo que consiste en insecticidas, fungicidas, herbicidas, disecantes, defoliantes, acaricidas, nutrientes, miticidas, bactericidas, biocidas, ovicidas, nematocidas, reguladores del crecimiento de los insectos, reguladores del crecimiento de plantas, y combinaciones de los mismos. Reivindicación 40: Un método para fabricar una composición adyuvante de pH tamponado estable emulsionada, que comprende: preparar el concentrado adyuvante de la reivindicación 1; homogeneizar el concentrado adyuvante para formar una mezcla uniforme; y agregar al menos una de agua u otras sustancias químicas a la mezcla uniforme, de modo que se obtiene una composición adyuvante de pH tamponado estable emulsionada.
