Abstract
Un proceso de fabricación de un componente embutido de la carrocería o estructura de la carrocería de un automóvil de aleación de aluminio destinado a que comprende las etapas de fabricación de una chapa o banda cuyo espesor está comprendido entre 1,0 y 3,5 mm. de aleación de composición (% en peso): Si: 0,60 - 0,85; Fe: 0,05 - 0,25; Cu: 0,05 - 0,30; Mn: 0,05 - 0,30; Mg: 0,50 - 1,00; Ti: 0,02 - 0,15; V: 0,00 - 0,15, otros elementos < 0,05 cada uno y < 0,15 en total, resto aluminio, con Mg < -2,67 x Si +2,87, solubilización y temple, revenido previo, maduración durante 72 h a 6 meses, embutición, revenido a una temperatura de aproximadamente 205ºC con un tiempo de mantenimiento comprendido entre 180 y 480 minutos o revenido a tiempo-temperatura equivalente, pintura y revenido de cocción de las pinturas o bake hardening a una temperatura de entre 150 y 190ºC durante 15 a 30 min. Un componente embutido de la carrocería o estructura de la carrocería de un automóvil también llamada carrocería en bruto, elaborado mediante dicho proceso.
