Abstract

Se describe un sistema de identificación de encharcamiento en un campo a partir de datos de imágenes. En un enfoque, se analiza una imagen de un campo agrícola utilizando un clasificador que ha sido entrenado en base a bandas espectrales de los píxeles etiquetados de imágenes a fin de identificar dentro de la imagen una probabilidad para cada píxel donde el píxel corresponde a agua. Se realiza una simulación de flujo para determinar regiones del campo donde es probable que se acumule agua después de una lluvia en base a datos de precipitación, datos de elevación y datos de las propiedades del suelo del campo. Se genera un gráfico de vértices que representan los píxeles y bordes que representan las conexiones entre píxeles vecinos. La probabilidad de que cada píxel dentro del gráfico de represente encharcamiento se ajusta en base a la probabilidad de que el píxel represente agua, la posibilidad de que el agua se acumule en el área representada por el píxel, la probabilidad que píxeles vecinos sean acumulaciones de agua y una máscara de tierra de cultivo que identifica los píxeles que corresponden a la tierra de cultivo. A continuación se determina una clase para cada píxel que maximiza la probabilidad conjunta en el gráfico.
