Abstract
Un dispositivo de agrandamiento, en particular un agrandamiento de tibia para una endoprótesis de articulación de rodilla, que comprende un manguito hueco (10) que circunda un canal (11) que se extiende a través del manguito hueco (12) desde una parte superior (12) hasta un fondo (14) del manguito hueco (10), comprendiendo el manguito hueco (10) una pared (17) que tiene una cara interior (14) y una cara exterior (15). Más aún se provee una herramienta de extracción (5) que tiene elementos de agarre (6) para acoplar y comprimir el dispositivo de agrandamiento (1), y además instrumentos, particularmente una plantilla de guía y soporte (8), para lograr una remoción efectiva. It also refers to a corresponding method of manipulation of the enlargement device (1).
