Abstract
La presente solicitud se refiere a compuestos según la fórmula (1), o una sal farmacéuticamente aceptable de los mismos en donde A¹ - A⁸ son N o CR¹ - CR⁸, respectivamente, con la condición de que no más de cuatro posiciones A en A¹ - A⁴ puedan ser simultáneamente N y no más de dos de las cuatro posiciones A en A⁵ - A⁸ puedan ser simultáneamente N; R¹ - R⁸ son independientemente H, halógeno, amino, alcoxi C₁₋₃, (di)alquilamino C₁₋₃ o alquilo C₁₋₆; R⁹ es alquilo C₁₋₆; R¹⁰ y R¹¹ son independientemente H, F, metilo, etilo, hidroxilo o metoxi o R¹⁰ y R¹¹ son juntos carbonilo, estando todos los grupos alquilo, si están presentes, opcionalmente sustituidos con uno o más F; R¹² es H o alquilo C₁₋₆; R¹³ es cicloalquilo C₃₋₆, cicloalquil C₃₋₆-alquilo C₁₋₃, heterocicloalquilo C₂₋₅, heterocicloalquil C₂₋₅-alquilo C₁₋₃, arilo C₆₋₁₀, aril C₆₋₁₀-alquilo C₁₋₃, heteroarilo C₁₋₉ o heteroaril C₁₋₉-alquilo C₁₋₃; R¹⁴ es H, alquilo C₁₋₆, alquenilo C₂₋₆, cicloalquilo C₃₋₆, cicloalquil C₃₋₆-alquilo C₁₋₃, heterocicloalquilo C₂₋₅, heterocicloalquil C₂₋₅-alquilo C₁₋₃, arilo C₆₋₁₀, aril C₆₋₁₀-alquilo C₁₋₃, heteroarilo C₁₋₉ o heteroaril C₁₋₉-alquilo C₁₋₃; o R¹³ y R¹⁴ están condensados y forman un anillo que tiene de 5 a 7 átomos por unión, siendo R¹³ alquilo C₁₋₆ o alquenilo C₂₋₆ con un sustituyente independiente dentro de la definición de R¹⁴, todos los grupos opcionalmente sustituidos con uno o más halógeno, amino, hidroxi, ciano, alcoxi C₁₋₃, alcoxicarbonilo C₁₋₃, (di)alquilamino C₁₋₃ o alquilo C₁₋₃. Los compuestos pueden usarse como inhibidores de RORg y son útiles para el tratamiento de enfermedades mediadas por RORg.
