Abstract

Un método para preparar un producto para beber instantáneo, basado en almidón, así como también la composición para el producto. El método incluye lo siguiente: a) seleccionar una mezcladora con alto esfuerzo cortante, que tenga uno o más dispositivos trituradores; b) preparar una premezcla de azúcar y lecitina; c) incorporar en la citada mezcladora, la mitad del contenido total de azúcar, la premezcla de azúcar / lecitina y luego la segunda mitad del azúcar, y hacer funcionar dicha mezcladora a velocidad máxima durante 5 minutos aproximadamente con los dispositivos trituradores encendidos; d) agregar sal, colorante y edulcorante adicional y hacer funcionar dicha mezcladora a velocidad máxima durante unos 3 minutos, con los dispositivos trituradores encendidos; e) incorporar almidón de maíz modificado y otros ingredientes en polvo, tales como gomas compuestas y hacer funcionar dicha mezcladora a velocidad máxima durante unos 3 minutos, con los dispositivos trituradores apagados; f) descargar el producto instantáneo para beber basado en maíz resultante desde dicha mezcladora.
