Abstract
Reivindicación 1: Un dispositivo para la administración transdérmica de rotigotina que comprende una capa de matriz adhesiva, una lámina de soporte y una lámina de despegue caracterizado porque dicha matriz adhesiva comprende rotigotina, un polímero adhesivo seleccionado de entre los adhesivos siliconados, los adhesivos acrílicos, los adhesivos de poliisobutilenos y los adhesivos de copolímeros en bloque del tipo estireno-isopreno-estireno o estireno-butirenoestireno o una mezcla de dichos adhesivos y un copolímero de polietilenglicol, polivinilcaprolactamo y polivinilacetato. Reivindicación 10: Un dispositivo para la administración transdérmica de rotigotina de acuerdo con cualquiera de las reivindicaciones anteriores, caracterizado porque el dispositivo también comprende un antioxidante y un promotor de la permeación. Reivindicación 12: Un dispositivo para la administración transdérmica de rotigotina de acuerdo con la reivindicación anterior, caracterizado porque el promotor de la permeación es la N-metil-2-pirrolidona, la cual se encuentra presente en la matriz adhesiva en una concentración de entre aproximadamente 2,5% y aproximadamente 6%. Reivindicación 13: Un dispositivo para la administración transdérmica de rotigotina de acuerdo con cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 10, 11 y 12, caracterizado porque el antioxidante es el palmitato de ascorbilo.Claim 1: A device for transdermal administration of rotigotine comprising an adhesive matrix layer, a support sheet and a peel sheet characterized in that said adhesive matrix comprises rotigotine, an adhesive polymer selected from among the silicone adhesives, acrylic adhesives, polyisobutylenes adhesives and block copolymer adhesives of the styrene-isoprene-styrene or styrene-butyrene styrene type or a mixture of said adhesives and a polyethylene glycol, polyvinylcaprolactam and polyvinylacetate copolymer. Claim 10: A device for transdermal administration of rotigotine according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that the device also comprises an antioxidant and a permeation promoter. Claim 12: A device for transdermal administration of rotigotine according to the preceding claim, characterized in that the permeation promoter is N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone, which is present in the adhesive matrix at a concentration of between approximately 2.5% and approximately 6%. Claim 13: A device for transdermal administration of rotigotine according to any of claims 10, 11 and 12, characterized in that the antioxidant is ascorbyl palmitate.
