Abstract

Método de elaboración de monofilamentos continuos procesables como textiles y multifilamentos a base de hialuronano oxidado selectivamente a aldehído en la posición 6 del grupo N-acetil-D-glucosamina y modificación subsiguiente de dichos filamentos con dihidrazidas de bajo peso molecular. Las fibras, y las telas que se preparan subsiguientemente en base a ellas, muestran un tiempo de solubilización variable en soluciones salinas, dependiendo de la modificación externa de las fibras. Luego de haber sido modificadas externamente, tanto las fibras como las telas muestran un período de transición prolongado para transformarse en una capa de gel distribuida de manera pareja. Los materiales fibrosos modificados externamente conservan su biocompatibilidad completa.
