Abstract

Se describen métodos y aparato para la calibración de un dispositivo de proceso. Un método de ejemplo incluye determinar si una primera posición de un dispositivo de control de proceso es una primera posición final y, en respuesta a que la primera posición sea una primera posición final, calcular una segunda posición final del dispositivo de control de proceso, con base en la primera posición final y la información de configuración. El método de ejemplo incluye también calcular una zona de desplazamiento parcial de un dispositivo de control de proceso con base en la primera posición final y la segunda posición final, y determinar cuándo una posición actual del dispositivo de control de proceso se encuentra dentro de la zona de desplazamiento parcial. El ejemplo de método también incluye, cuando la posición está dentro de la zona de desplazamiento parcial, calcular una desviación de salida basándose en una señal de control y un valor sumado.
