Abstract

Un método de creación y alimentación simultánea rápida y esencial de una dispersión en una corriente de proceso de hidrocarburos. Este método permite el uso efectivo de aditivos químicos en una línea de proceso de hidrocarburos que son altamente inestables o que son muy difíciles de dispersar. Esto ayuda en especial en operaciones de hidrofractura ya que las tasas de flujo muy rápidas requieren de formaciones de dispersiones muy rápidas. Como resultado, el método permite mayores presiones de fractura que se puede obtener con menores entradas de energía y usando menores cantidades de aditivos químicos. Como resultado, la extracción de hidrocarburos se puede llevar a cabo de una manera tanto más beneficiosa para el medio ambiente, como también menos costosa.
