Abstract

Un sistema y una metodología que facilitan la manipulación del material del yacimiento de petróleo. El material del yacimiento de petróleo se almacena en al menos un silo que permite el uso de la gravedad para alimentar el material del yacimiento de petróleo a un mezclador u otros equipos adecuados. Cada silo modular es transportable y se puede conectar a una estructura de soporte mediante una conexión pivotante. Una vez conectado, el silo se gira a una posición vertical elevada sobre la estructura de soporte. Se mueve el material del yacimiento de petróleo al interior del silo y se puede utilizar la gravedad para alimentar el material del yacimiento de petróleo a un mezclador u otro equipo de forma controlada.
