Abstract
La presente se refiere a un método para recubrimiento recubrimientos de Al-Cr-O con la ayuda de un proceso de recubrimiento de PVD. El proceso de recubrimiento de PVD se realiza con la ayuda de Al y Cr comprende blancos que se adicionan con Si. El adicionamiento de Si evita la formación de islas de óxido en el blanco durante el proceso de recubrimiento reactivo. Inesperadamente, las capas depositadas no comprenden ningún Si.
