Abstract

Se presenta un atomizador rotativo con regulación del tamaño de gota en tiempo real mediante un dispositivo electrónico automático con capacidad de control en tiempo real de las revoluciones por minuto (RPM) y del tamaño de las gotas a través de la regulación del ángulo de cruce de las palas de un atomizador que cuente con palas ajustables y una o más canastas rotativas. Un motor eléctrico, con piñón y corona, comanda a dos cilindros coaxiales con roscas complementarias para deslizar una pieza triangular con ranuras a lo largo del eje de la hélice. Este movimiento obliga el pm de las palas, cada uno insertado en una de las ranuras, en deslizarse en una dirección ortogonal al movimiento, manteniendo así la misma distancia al eje de su pala asociada, provocando la rotación de las palas sobre su propio eje desde un mínimo de 0º hasta un máximo de 45º. Un imán colocado en la caja rotativa frente a un detector electromagnético fijo permite contar las RPM gracias a un circuito electrónico, y un software usa este dato para ajustar automáticamente el grado de cruce de las palas, consiguiendo unas RPM estables, con una capacidad de corrección inmediata, y determina un diámetro de gota inversamente proporcional a las RPM.A rotary atomizer is presented with real-time drop size regulation by means of an automatic electronic device with real-time control of revolutions per minute (RPM) and droplet size through the crossover angle adjustment of the blades of an atomizer that has adjustable blades and one or more rotating baskets. A magnet placed in the rotary box in front of a fixed electromagnetic detector allows to count the RPM thanks to an electronic circuit, and a software uses this data to automatically adjust the degree of crossing of the blades, achieving stable RPM, with a correction capacity immediate, and determines a drop diameter inversely proportional to the RPM.
