Abstract
Sistema Sellante de Acción Progresiva (SSAP) es un mecanismo que permite comunicar y sellar elementos conductores (eléctricos o de otra índole) de un ambiente presurizado a otro que no lo está, o que tienen diferencias de presión utilizando componentes móviles tipo pistón (3) los cuales se ensamblan mecánicamente uniendo el conector superior (1) con la cámara de presión (8), sellando los elementos conductores por medio de elastómeros (5) formando una barrera sello de presión bidireccional que actúa progresivamente a la fuerza de presión existente y en la dirección a la que se dirija la mayor presión. Puede ser utilizado en producción de pozos de petróleo y gas para aislar zonas con diferencia de presión, o con el exterior del pozo, también puede ser usado por cualquier sector industrial que requiera comunicar conductores a través de áreas con diferencia de presión.
