Abstract
Los métodos y procesos para reciclar aceites de base de fluidos de perforación de emulsión inversa gastados pueden incluir calentar mediante fricción un fluido de perforación gastado que comprende una emulsión inversa y sólidos, en donde los sólidos se encuentran en aproximadamente el 50% o menos en volumen del fluido de perforación gastado; y evaporar simultáneamente aceite y agua de la emulsión inversa a una temperatura inferior a un punto de ebullición atmosférico para el aceite.
