Abstract
Se describen métodos y aparatos para determinar la producción de las bombas de fondo de pozo. Un método de ejemplo incluye medir una cantidad de líquido producido a partir de un pozo mediante una unidad de bombeo durante un período de tiempo predeterminado y determinar las áreas iniciales de las cartas de bombeo iniciales durante el período de tiempo predeterminado. El método de ejemplo también incluye sumar las áreas iniciales, y en base a la cantidad de líquido producido y las áreas iniciales sumadas, determinar una constante de proporcionalidad de pérdida de una bomba de fondo de pozo de una unidad de bombeo.
