Abstract

La presente se refiere a una composición para preparar una bebida basada en café, donde la composición comprende: café tostado y molido, con un valor X50 variable entre 700 y 1250 mm y una leche en polvo, con un valor X50 variable entre 50 mm y 3 mm; en la cual la relación en peso del café tostado y molido a la leche en polvo varía entre 4:1 y 2:3. Reivindicación 14: Un recipiente que comprende la composición, de acuerdo con la reivindicación 1. Reivindicación 16: El recipiente de acuerdo con la reivindicación 15, caracterizada porque el recipiente es un filtro unidosis de papel. Reivindicación 18: Un método para la fabricación de la composición de acuerdo con cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 13, método que comprende: moler granos de café tostado y mezclar el café tostado y molido con un leche en polvo, opcionalmente, el método comprende, además, llenar un recipiente con la composición para formar el recipiente de acuerdo con cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 14 a 17.
