Abstract
Reivindicación 1: Lípido vegetal extraído, caracterizado porque comprende ácidos grasos en una forma esterificada, en donde los ácidos grasos comprenden ácido oleico, ácido palmítico, ácidos grasos w6 que comprenden ácido linoleico (LA), ácidos grasos w3 que comprenden ácido a-linolénico (ALA) y ácido docosahexaenoico (DHA), y opcionalmente uno o más de ácido estearidónico (SDA), ácido eicosapentaenoico (EPA), ácido docosapentaenoico (DPA) y ácido eicosatetraenoico (ETA), en donde el nivel de ácido palmítico en el contenido total de ácidos grasos del lípido extraído es entre aproximadamente 2% y 16%, y en donde el nivel de ácido mirístico (C14:0) en el contenido total de ácidos grasos del lípido extraído, si está presente, es menor que 1%, y en donde el nivel de DHA en el contenido total de ácidos grasos del lípido extraído es entre 20,1% y 30% o entre 20,1% y 35%. Reivindicación 5: Un proceso para producir lípido de planta extraído, que comprende los pasos de : i) obtener una parte de planta que comprende lípido, en donde el lípido comprende ácidos grasos en una forma esterificada, en donde los ácidos grasos comprenden ácido oleico, acido palmítico, ácidos grasos w6 que comprenden ácido linoleico (LA) y ácido g-linolénico (GLA), ácidos grasos w3 que comprenden ácido a-linolénico (ALA), acido estearidónico (SDA), ácido docosapentaenoico (DPA) y ácido docosahexaenoico (DHA), y opcionalmente uno o más de ácido eicosapentaenoico (EPA) y ácido eicosatetraenoico (ETA), en donde el nivel de ácido palmítico en el contenido total de ácidos grasos del lípido extraído es entre aproximadamente 2% y 16%, y en donde el nivel de ácido mirístico (C14:0) en el contenido total de ácidos grasos del lípido extraído, si está presente, es menor que 1%, y en donde el nivel de DHA en el contenido total de ácidos grasos del lípido extraíble en la parte de planta es entre 20,1% y 30% o entre 20,1% y 35%, y ii) extraer lípido a partir de la parte de planta, en donde el nivel de DHA en el contenido total de ácidos grasos del lípido extraído es entre 20,1% y 30% o entre 20,1% y 35%. Reivindicación 20: Lípido, o aceite, caracterizado porque es producido por, u obtenido mediante el uso del proceso de acuerdo a cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 5 a 14,o la célula de acuerdo a cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 15 a 17.
