Abstract

Una ventana de apertura superior tipo banderola la cual está constituida por una banderola (1) y un marco (2), donde el marco está compuesto por un borde superior (28), un borde inferior (29), un borde lateral izquierdo (22) y un borde lateral derecho (23); donde la parte interna de cada uno de los bordes laterales del marco (22 y 23) contienen una canaleta de guía (4) ubicada en la parte inferior del borde lateral, con un agujero del marco (27) ubicado por encima de dicha canaleta de guía, donde la vinculación entre la banderola (1) y el marco (2) se realiza a través de dos pernos (24) ubicados a los costados de la parte inferior externa de la banderola que se desplazan dentro de las canaletas de guía (4) y a través de dos brazos (3) que vinculan los agujeros del marco (27) con dos agujeros (19) en la banderola (1) en donde los dos agujeros (19) están ubicados en entre el 35% y el 40% del largo total de la banderola (1), sobre la parte externa de los lados de la banderola (1) produciendo siempre una posición de equilibrio que permite posicionar la banderola a diferentes alturas y ángulos de apertura sin necesidad de esfuerzos para su movimiento.
