Abstract

Un sistema para el bombeo y control para la aplicación de productos líquidos (agua y/o fertilizantes) en suelos afectados a la actividad agrícola. Dicho sistema, al ser montado sobre la estructura presente en cualquier sembradora y conectado a través de mangueras adosadas a las cuchillas que perforan el suelo y permiten depositar la semilla (se utiliza su sistema de perforación, hidráulico y eléctrico existente), permite la aplicación de agua y/o fertilizantes líquidos al momento mismo de la siembra, con un grado de efectividad mayor al de fertilizantes sólidos, supliendo problemas derivados de la falta de humedad y demás factores patológicos. Además, se incluye un sistema de control computarizado que permite regular la presión y caudal de líquido entregado a través de sus correspondientes válvulas, permitiéndole al operador modificar tales parámetros a través de la consola de control computarizado (separada del módulo), y obtener un claro registro de lo aplicado. Además, cuenta con la posibilidad de adicionar un tanque de agitación que mantenga a los líquidos correctamente mezclados. Como particularidad a resaltar, presenta una capacidad de riego en forma lineal de 1.500 litros, suficiente para aplicar los 1000 litros necesarios para regar los 19.230 metros lineales que existen en una hectárea.
