Abstract

La presente se refiere a un método para separar y recuperar líquidos de gas natural (NGLs) a partir de una corriente de alimentación de gas natural. De una manera específica, el presente método permite hacer la separación de etano e hidrocarburos más pesados y/o de propano e hidrocarburos más pesados, a partir de una corriente de alimentación de gas natural crudo, para proporcionar gas natural de calidad para tuberías. Una modalidad de este método proporciona el uso de un medio adsorbente regenerable, el cual se regenera mediante un sistema de calentamiento con microondas. El paso de regeneración mencionado se puede operar como un proceso por lotes, como un proceso semi-continuo, o como un proceso continuo.
