Abstract
Reivindicación 1: Una composición caracterizada porque comprende: (A) una mezcla que comprende al menos una triamida del ácido (tio)fosfórico de acuerdo con la fórmula general (1): R¹R²N-P(X)(NH₂)₂ en donde X es oxígeno o azufre; R¹ es un grupo C₁₋₂₀ alquilo, C₃₋₂₀ cicloalquilo, C₆₋₂₀ arilo o dialquilaminocarbonilo; R² es H, o R¹ y R², junto con el átomo de nitrógeno que los une, definen un radical heterocíclico saturado o insaturado de 5 ó 6 miembros, que comprende opcionalmente 1 ó 2 heteroátomos adicionales seleccionados del grupo que consiste en nitrógeno, oxigeno y azufre, y (C) al menos una amina seleccionada del grupo que consiste en (C1) una poliamina polimérica y (C2) una amina que contiene no más de un grupo amino y al menos tres grupos R²¹ C₂₋₁₂ alquilo sustituidos con alcoxi o hidroxi, en donde al menos uno de los grupos R²¹ es diferente del otro grupo R²¹, y (C3) una amina que contiene no más de un grupo amino y al menos dos grupos R²² C₂₋₁₂ alquilo sustituidos con alcoxi o hidroxi, en donde al menos uno de los grupos R²² tiene el sustituyente alcoxi o hidroxi en un átomo de carbono secundario o terciario, y en donde al menos uno de los grupos R²² es diferente de los otros grupos R²², y (C4) una amina que contiene al menos un grupo R²³ C₈₋₄₀ alquilo saturado o insaturado, y (C5) una amina heterocíclica saturada o insaturada que contiene al menos un átomo de oxígeno como átomo del anillo y que no contiene un grupo alcoxi adicional. Reivindicación 13: La composición de acuerdo con cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 12, caracterizada porque además comprende (B) un alcohol aromático de acuerdo con la fórmula general (2): R¹¹-C(R¹²)(R¹³)-OH en donde R¹¹ es arilo o alquilarilo; R¹² es H o alquilo; R¹³ es H o alquilo. Reivindicación 14: La composición de acuerdo con cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 13, caracterizada porque además comprende (D) al menos una amida de acuerdo con la fórmula general (3): R³¹CO-NR³²R³³ en donde R³¹CO es un radical acilo que tiene de 1 a 22 átomos de carbono; R³² es H o alquilo, y R³³ es H o alquilo, o R³² y R³³, junto con el átomo de nitrógeno que los une, definen un radical heterocíclico saturado o insaturado de 5 ó 6 miembros, que comprende opcionalmente 1 ó 2 heteroátomos adicionales seleccionados del grupo que consiste en nitrógeno, oxígeno y azufre. Reivindicación 16: La composición de acuerdo con cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 15, caracterizada porque además comprende (E) un alcohol que comprende al menos dos grupos hidroxi que no son disociables en el medio acuoso. Reivindicación 18: Una composición caracterizada porque comprende: (A) una mezcla que comprende al menos una triamida del ácido (tio)fosfórico de acuerdo con la fórmula general (1): R¹R²N-P(X)(NH₂)₂ en donde X es oxigeno o azufre; R¹ es un grupo C₁₋₂₀ alquilo, C₃₋₂₀ cicloalquilo, C₆₋₂₀ arilo o dialquilaminocarbonilo; R² es H, o R¹ y R², junto con el átomo de nitrógeno que los une, definen un radical heterocíclico saturado o insaturado de 5 ó 6 miembros, que comprende opcionalmente 1 ó 2 heteroátomos adicionales seleccionados del grupo que consiste en nitrógeno, oxigeno y azufre, y (D) al menos una amida de acuerdo con la fórmula general (3): R³¹CO-NR³²R³³ en donde R³¹CO es un radical acilo que tiene de 1 a 22 átomos de carbono; R³² es H o alquilo, y R³³ es H o alquilo, o R³² y R³³, junto con el átomo de nitrógeno que los une, definen un radical heterocíclico saturado o insaturado de 5 ó 6 miembros, que comprende opcionalmente 1 ó 2 heteroátomos adicionales seleccionados del grupo que consiste en nitrógeno, oxígeno y azufre.Claim 1: A composition characterized in that it comprises: (A) a mixture comprising at least one triamide of the (thio) phosphoric acid according to the general formula (1): R¹R²N-P (X) (NH₂) ₂ wherein X is oxygen or sulfur; R¹ is a C₁₋₂₀ alkyl, C₃₋₂₀ cycloalkyl, C₆₋₂₀ aryl or dialkylaminocarbonyl group; R² is H, or R¹ and R², together with the nitrogen atom that binds them together, define a saturated or unsaturated heterocyclic radical of 5 or 6 members, optionally comprising 1 or 2 additional heteroatoms selected from the group consisting of nitrogen, oxygen and sulfur, and (C) at least one amine selected from the group consisting of (C1) a polymeric polyamine and (C2) an amine containing no more than one amino group and at least three alkyl-substituted R²¹ C₂₋₁₂ alkyl groups or hydroxy, wherein at least one of the R²¹ groups is different from the other R²¹ group, and (C3) an amine containing no more than one amino group and at least two R²² C₂₋₁₂ alkyl groups substituted with alkoxy or hydroxy, where at least one of the R²² groups has the alkoxy or hydroxy substituent on a secondary or tertiary carbon atom, and wherein at least one of the R²² groups is different from the other R²² groups, and (C4) an amine containing at least a group R²³ C ₋₄₀ saturated or unsaturated alkyl, and (C5) a heterocyclic amine saturated or unsaturated containing at least one oxygen atom as a ring atom and not containing an alkoxy additional group. Claim 13: The composition according to any one of claims 1 to 12, characterized in that it further comprises (B) an aromatic alcohol according to the general formula (2): R¹¹-C (R¹²) (R¹³) -OH wherein R¹¹ it is aryl or alkylaryl; R² is H or alkyl; R¹³ is H or alkyl. Claim 14: The composition according to any one of claims 1 to 13, characterized in that it further comprises (D) at least one amide according to the general formula (3): R³¹CO-NR³²R³³ wherein R³¹CO is an acyl radical having 1 to 22 carbon atoms; R³² is H or alkyl, and R³³ is H or alkyl, or R³² and R³³, together with the nitrogen atom that binds them, define a saturated or unsaturated 5 or 6-membered heterocyclic radical, optionally comprising 1 or 2 additional heteroatoms selected from the group consisting of nitrogen, oxygen and sulfur. Claim 16: The composition according to any one of claims 1 to 15, characterized in that it further comprises (E) an alcohol comprising at least two hydroxy groups that are not dissociable in the aqueous medium. Claim 18: A composition characterized in that it comprises: (A) a mixture comprising at least one triamide of the (thio) phosphoric acid according to the general formula (1): R¹R²N-P (X) (NH₂) ₂ wherein X is oxygen or sulfur; R¹ is a C₁₋₂₀ alkyl, C₃₋₂₀ cycloalkyl, C₆₋₂₀ aryl or dialkylaminocarbonyl group; R² is H, or R¹ and R², together with the nitrogen atom that binds them together, define a saturated or unsaturated heterocyclic radical of 5 or 6 members, optionally comprising 1 or 2 additional heteroatoms selected from the group consisting of nitrogen, oxygen and sulfur, and (D) at least one amide according to the general formula (3): R³¹CO-NR³²R³³ wherein R³¹CO is an acyl radical having 1 to 22 carbon atoms; R³² is H or alkyl, and R³³ is H or alkyl, or R³² and R³³, together with the nitrogen atom that binds them, define a saturated or unsaturated 5 or 6-membered heterocyclic radical, optionally comprising 1 or 2 additional heteroatoms selected from the group consisting of nitrogen, oxygen and sulfur.
