Abstract

Un método de recuperación de un concentrado de sulfuro de cobre por flotación con espuma a partir de un mineral que contiene un sulfuro de hierro, en el cual se agrega peróxido de hidrógeno a la pulpa de mineral acondicionada antes o durante la flotación, se determina la concentración de oxígeno disuelto en la pulpa de mineral después de la adición de peróxido de hidrógeno y la cantidad de peróxido de hidrógeno agregado se ajusta para mantener una concentración de oxígeno disuelto de entre 1 y 5 veces la concentración blanco predeterminada, para ajustar la cantidad de peróxido de hidrógeno a los cambios en la composición del mineral.
