Abstract

Una pastilla de nicotina para administración oral que comprende: un principio activo de nicotina; al menos un polímero de alta viscosidad, soluble en agua, sintético o semi-sintético, no iónico; y al menos un polímero de baja viscosidad, soluble en agua, sintético o semi-sintético, no iónico. Reivindicación 5: La pastilla de la reivindicación 1, caracterizada porque el principio activo de nicotina es polacrilex de nicotina. Reivindicación 16: La pastilla de nicotina para administración oral de la reivindicación 1, caracterizada porque comprende: un componente intragranular que comprende un polímero soluble en agua, sintético o semi-sintético, no iónico; y un componente extragranular que comprende un principio activo de nicotina y al menos un polímero de alta viscosidad, soluble en agua, sintético o semi-sintético, no iónico, y el al menos un polímero de baja viscosidad, soluble en agua, sintético o semi-sintético, no iónico.
