Abstract

Reivindicación 1: Una composición agrícolamente activa concentrada, caracterizada porque comprende: a) 5 a 40 %p de al menos un ingrediente agrícolamente activo que tiene una solubilidad en agua de a lo sumo 1 g/l; b) al menos 20 %p de por lo menos un surfactante de amonio cuaternario; c) 0,1 a 50 %p de al menos un disolvente orgánico insoluble en agua; y d) opcionalmente componentes agrícolamente aceptables adicionales, en donde a) a d) juntos constituyen el 100 %p de la composición total y la relación en paso entre el al menos un ingrediente agrícolamente activo y el al menos un surfactante catiónico es a lo sumo 1:2. Reivindicación 3: Una composición de acuerdo con cualquiera de las reivindicaciones precedentes, caracterizada porque la relación en peso entre el al menos un ingrediente agrícolamente activo y el al menos un surfactante catiónico es a lo sumo1:2, preferiblemente a lo sumo 1:4. Reivindicación 7: Una composición de acuerdo con cualquiera de las reivindicaciones precedentes, caracterizada porque dicho ingrediente agrícolamente activo es un regulador de crecimiento de plantas o un pesticida. Reivindicación 9: Una composición de acuerdo con cualquiera de las reivindicaciones precedentes, caracterizada porque dichos surfactante de amonio cuaternario se selecciona a partir del grupo que consiste en compuestos de amonio etoxilado de fórmula (1) en donde, cada m es al menos 1 y la suma de todas las m (Sm) es de 1 a 200; n es un número entero de 0 a 2, preferiblemente 0 ó 1; R¹ es un hidrocarbilo que tiene desde 5 a 23 átomos de carbono; Z es un átomo de carbono, un grupo -C-O-CH₂CH₂CH₂- o un grupo -C(=O)-N-CH₂CH₂CH₂-, preferiblemente un átomo de carbono; R² es metilo, etilo o bencilo, preferiblemente metilo; Y es un grupo hidrocarbilo que tiene 1 - 24 átomos de carbono, bencilo, o un grupo (CH₂CH₂O)ₘH; y X⁻ es un anión; compuestos de amonio cuaternario de fórmula (2) donde R¹ y Z son como se definen para la fórmula (1); R³ es un hidrocarbilo que tiene desde 1 a 24 átomos de carbono; R⁴ y R⁵ son independientemente seleccionados a partir de metilo, etilo o bencilo; y p es 0 ó 1; o mezclas de los mismos. Reivindicación10 : Una composición de acuerdo con cualquiera de las reivindicaciones precedentes, caracterizada porque dicho al menos un disolvente orgánico insoluble enagua se selecciona a partir del grupo que consiste en disolventes aromáticos, alcoholes, amidas y combinaciones de los mismos. Reivindicación 11: Una composición de acuerdo con cualquiera de las reivindicaciones precedentes, caracterizada porque dicho disolvente orgánico comprende una amida de fórmula (3) donde, R⁶ es H o un hidrocarbilo C₁ a C₂₃; R⁷ y R⁸ son independientemente un hidrocarbilo C₁ a C₂₄; y el número total de átomos de carbono en la amida de fórmula (3) es al menos 10.
