Abstract

Reivindicación 1: Una composición para administración oral, que comprende: 0,5 - 3,5 %p de pectina de alto contenido en metoxi, 40 - 70 %p de glicerol, 16 - 30 %p de agua, 0 - 2,5 %p de al menos un tensioactivo, 1,5 - 40 %p de al menos otros ingrediente seleccionado del grupo que consiste en: sustitutos del azúcar, agentes saborizantes, agentes colorantes y/o sustancias activas, siendo los porcentajes en peso relativos al peso total de la composición, y estando comprendido el pH de la composición dentro del intervalo de (aproximadamente) 2,8 a aproximadamente 3,2. Reivindicación 5: Una composición farmacéutica que comprende la composición de una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 4, que comprende al menos una sustancia activa, siendo dicha sustancia activa una sustancia fármaco, opcionalmente con al menos un excipiente farmacéutico. Reivindicación 7: Un proceso para preparar una composición de una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 4 o una composición farmacéutica de una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 5 ó 6, que comprende las etapas siguientes: (vii) mezclar glicerol, agua, opcionalmente con la(s) sustancia(s) activa(s) y/o los tensioactivo(s), (viii) después de calentar, añadir la pectina de alto contenido en metoxi, (ix) añadir el (los) sustituto(s) del azúcar, agente(s) saborizante(s) y/o agente(s) colorante(s), si los hay (x) calentar la mezcla resultante de la etapa (ii) a una temperatura que oscila de 60ºC a 90ºC, (xi) ajustar el pH con un ácido, (xii) formar y enfriar la composición hasta que se produzca la gelificación.
