Abstract
Las terminales de acceso están adaptadas para el empleo de un esquema de modulación y codificación para un bloque de datos en diversas circunstancias. Por ejemplo, una terminal de acceso puede determinar que hay un conflicto con al menos algunos intervalos de tiempo de transmisión de un bloque de radio en el cual se transmitirá un bloque de datos. En respuesta al conflicto determinado, la terminal de acceso puede emplear un esquema de modulación y codificación para el bloque de datos. En algunos casos, se puede cambiar el esquema de modulación y codificación de un esquema previamente seleccionado en respuesta al conflicto. En otros casos, se puede seleccionar en forma inicial el esquema de modulación y codificación en respuesta al conflicto. Con el esquema de modulación y codificación empleado, se pueden transmitir algunas de las ráfagas RF del bloque de datos durante los intervalos de tiempo de transmisión del bloque de radio que no están en conflicto. También se reivindican y describen otros aspectos, realizaciones, y características.
