Abstract

Máquina embolsadora apta para todo tipo de grano seco y húmedo, conformada por una caja colectora que posee un perfil curvo compuesto por una cubierta y sus dos laterales; sobre la parte superior de la dicha cubierta se aloja una garganta de descarga de la tolva receptora de dichos granos que posteriormente desemboca en un túnel de descarga munido de un tubo de film plástico desplegable, todo esto montado sobre un chasis con tren rodante y tren direccional asociado a una lanza de tiro, y además comprende un número par de sinfines, de giros contrarios, ejes paralelos, horizontales, longitudinales respecto a la máquina, la caja contenedora de granos incluye en su interior la combinación de dos chapas: una chapa frontal de cierre de dicha caja y en su parte media de su longitud se vinculada en forma solidaria otra chapa inclinada a 45º, proyectada hacia adelante y soldada en forma integral a la estructura de la máquina, para facilitar la entrada de grano a dicho túnel de descarga; y el tren rodante incluye un puente trasero dotado de un eje único asociado en sus extremos a un par de ruedas más el agregado de por lo menos una corona dentada, y a su vez dicha por lo menos una corona se vincula mediante una cadena de transmisión a por lo menos un engranaje montado en los extremos de un barral de mando de un dispositivo integral de embrague vinculado por otra cadena de transmisión a un motor hidráulico con su medios de accionamiento y control.
