Abstract
Reivindicación 1: Una composición caracterizada porque comprende un jasmonato o compuesto relacionado y un insumo agrícola seleccionado entre uno o más de: un fungicida, un herbicida, un insecticida, un nematicida, un acaricida, y una bacteria del género Bacillus.Reivindicación 9: Un método para incrementar la efectividad de un insumo agrícola, en donde el insumo agrícola está seleccionado entre uno o más de: un fungicida, un herbicida, un insecticida, un nematicida, un acaricida, y una bacteria del género Bacillus; dicho método caracterizado porque comprende: a) aplicar el insumo agrícola a una planta, un propágulo de planta, o tierra; y b) aplicar un jasmonato o compuesto relacionado a la planta, propágulo de planta, o tierra en una cantidad efectiva para incrementar la efectividad del insumo agrícola. Reivindicación 15: Un método para reducir el volumen de un insumo agrícola efectivo para alcanzar un nivel de actividad deseado del insumo agrícola, en donde el insumo agrícola se selecciona entre uno o más de: un fungicida, un herbicida, un insecticida, un nematicida, un acaricida, y una bacteria del género Bacillus; dicho método caracterizado porque comprende combinar el insumo agrícola con una cantidad de jasmonato o compuesto relacionado efectiva para producir una composición que comprende el jasmonato o compuesto relacionado y el insumo agrícola que tiene un volumen efectivo reducido para proveer la actividad deseada del insumo agrícola. Reivindicación 16: Un método para inducir actividad de biodefensa en una planta caracterizado porque comprende aplicar una composición que comprende un jasmonato o compuesto relacionado y un insumo agrícola a la planta.
