Abstract

Un cápsula que se puede usar con una máquina de preparación de alimentos, que comprende paredes laterales rígidas con bordes periféricos superiores, una pared superior que se extiende desde dichos bordes superiores, y una pared inferior, donde dichas paredes definen una cámara que contiene un ingrediente, donde dicha cápsula está adaptada para recibir un fluido inyectado a través de una aguja que se extiende desde una placa de agujas de la máquina, donde dicha placa de agujas esta adaptada para descansar sobre los bordes superiores cuando dicha cápsula está adaptada en una posición funcional en dicha máquina, donde dicho fluido y dicho ingrediente se mezclan para la preparación de un producto alimenticio, caracterizada porque dicha cápsula comprende medios de sellado que se disponen sobre dichos bordes periféricos superiores de manera tal que dichos medios realizan un sellado impermeable a líquidos entre dicha cápsula y dicha placa de agujas, por lo menos en el momento en que dicha capsula está adaptada en una posición funcional en dicha máquina de preparación de alimentos.
