Abstract

Una composición farmacéutica de administración oral de nitazoxanida, útil para el tratamiento de infecciones parasitarias intestinales en la forma de gránulos para suspensión. La composición contiene: (a) una fracción de liberación inmediata compuesta por gránulos sin recubrimiento o polvo sin granular de nitazoxanida y (b) una fracción de liberación pH-dependiente formada por gránulos de nitazoxanida recubiertos por uno o más polímeros de solubilidad pH-dependiente, formada por gránulos recubiertos que empiezan a liberar entre pH 5,0 y pH 7,5.
