Abstract
Los derivados de arilamida de la fórmula (1) tienen propiedades antiandrogénicas. Claim 1: An arylamide derivative having the formula (1) and stereoisomers and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof; where R² is halo or trifluoromethyl; and R⁸ and R⁹ are selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, halo and trifluoromethyl, provided that at least one of R⁸ and R⁹ is other than hydrogen; and R¹¹ is branched C₃₋₅ alkyl or C₃₋₆ cycloalkyl; provided that when R¹¹ is isopentyl, R² is trifluoromethyl and R⁹ is hydrogen, then R⁸ is not fluorine.
