Abstract

Procedimiento y dispositivo mecánico para el remojo, la germinación, el desecado, la fermentación y las combinaciones entre ellos de grano, donde el dispositivo mecánico abarca un contenedor (3) con al menos una plancha (2) con mínimo un orificio (21) que se pueda disponer dentro del contenedor (3) para la alimentación y/o la extracción de fluido. El contenedor (3) presenta además al menos una base inferior (4), en la base inferior (4) se ubican instaladas esencialmente de forma vertical unas caras laterales (5), también en la base inferior (4) se hallan instaladas unas caras frontales (9) de manera esencialmente vertical. Adicionalmente existe una superficie de cubierta (6) dispuesta esencialmente de forma horizontal sobre al menos una cara lateral (5) y/o cara frontal (9), por medio de lo cual se conforma un espacio de procesamiento. La medida interna de una longitud lateral de la cara frontal (9) es de entre 2 y 2,5 metros, en lo particular 2,345 metros.
