Abstract
La presente se refiere a un proceso para la reducción de pez en un medio acuoso generado en un proceso de formación de pulpa o fabricación de papel, donde el proceso comprende las siguientes etapas: a) la provisión de un medio acuoso que comprende pez generado en un proceso de formación de pulpa o fabricación de papel; b) la provisión de un carbonato de calcio molido y/o un carbonato de calcio precipitado; c) la provisión de un agente hidrofobizante seleccionado de un ácido carboxílico alifático que tiene entre 5 y 24 átomos de carbono; d) el contacto del carbonato de calcio molido y/o el carbonato de calcio precipitado de la etapa b) con el agente hidrofobizante de la etapa c), para la obtención de un carbonato de calcio molido hidrofobizado y/o un carbonato de calcio precipitado hidrofobizado; y e) el contacto del medio acuoso provisto en la etapa a) con el carbonato de calcio molido hidrofobizado y/o el carbonato de calcio precipitado hidrofobizado obtenidos en la etapa d); al uso de un carbonato de calcio molido hidrofobizado y/o un carbonato de calcio precipitado hidrofobizado para la reducción de la cantidad de pez en un medio acuoso: al igual que a un carbonato de calcio molido hidrofobizado y/o un carbonato de calcio precipitado hidrofobizado; y un compuesto de carbonato de calcio molido hidrofobizado y/o carbonato de calcio precipitado hidrofobizado y pez.
