Abstract

Si se utiliza un calibrador en el paso de laminación-reducción, la laminación en la zona de temperatura de fase dual (a + g) (punto de transformación Ar3 a punto de transformación Ar1) se efectúa en el paso de laminación-reducción. El presente método de laminación controlada puede resolver problemas de aumento significativo de la resistencia a la deformación en caliente y de deterioro importante de deformabilidad en caliente (facilidad de elaboración en caliente) debido a la laminación a baja temperatura, y puede producir tubos de acero sin costura de excelente resistencia y alta tenacidad a baja temperatura, conjuntamente con el uso de un método de enfriamiento controlado.The present provides a method of controlled rolling of seamless steel tubes of excellent strength and high toughness at low temperature to be applied to a manufacturing process of seamless steel pipes.
