Abstract

Un cierre para un envase que posee una abertura circular que define un eje y un reborde alrededor de dicha abertura, el cierre incluye: un componente interno que posee una parte de anillo para ubicarse alrededor del exterior del envase por debajo del reborde del envase y una parte de sellado que, en uso, se extiende desde dicha parte de anillo sobre una superficie superior de dicho reborde; y un componente externo que se coloca sobre el componente interno e interactuar allí para asegurar y liberar la parte de anillo de este bajo dicho reborde, donde el componente externo posee un faldón para ubicarse alrededor de la parte del anillo del componente interno, la parte del anillo posee una pluralidad de partes movibles radialmente separadas alrededor de su circunferencia unidas en forma pivotante a sus extremos inferiores a través de un anillo que se extiende alrededor de toda la circunferencia de la parte del anillo. La parte de sellado se puede formar con material flexible o se puede formar con un material relativamente rígido con un miembro de sellado flexible, por ejemplo, un aro tórico, soportado en él.
