Abstract
Planta de electrólisis (1) que comprende: (i) una serie de cubas (2) de electrólisis, destinadas a la producción de aluminio, que forman una o varias hileras (F), (ii) una estación (12) de alimentación destinada a suministrar a la serie de cubas (2) de electrólisis la corriente de electrólisis (I1), dicha estación (12) de alimentación eléctrica comprende dos polos, (iii) un circuito eléctrico principal (15), destinado a ser recorrido por la corriente de electrólisis (l1), que presenta dos extremos conectados, cada uno, con uno de los polos de la estación de alimentación (12), (iv) por lo menos un circuito eléctrico secundario (16, 17) que comprende un conductor eléctrico de material superconductor, destinado a ser recorrido por una corriente (l2, l3) que pasa a lo largo de la o las hileras (F) de cubas (2) de electrólisis, caracterizada por lo que el conductor eléctrico de material superconductor del circuito eléctrico secundario (16, 17) pasa por lo menos dos veces a lo largo de la o las hileras (F) de cubas (2) de electrólisis, dando así varias vueltas en serie.
