Abstract
Un procedimiento para deshidratar una composición que contiene hidratos de carbono.Reivindicación 1: Procedimiento continuo para deshidratar una composición que contiene hidratos de carbono, caracterizado porque: i) se proporciona una composición que contiene por lo menos un material de partida que contiene hidratos de carbono, por lo menos un líquido iónico (IL), y por lo menos un solvente (LM) que, bajo presión normal (1013 mbaros), presenta un punto de ebullición de a lo sumo 120ºC, ii) la composición del paso i) se introduce en un evaporador y se la somete a una transformación y evaporación, a una temperatura que oscila entre 100 y 300ºC y a una presión de a lo sumo 500 mbaros, iii) se saca del evaporador una descarga gaseosa que contiene el producto de deshidratación, y una descarga líquida que contiene por lo menos un líquido iónico, iv) se condensa una descarga gaseosa y se la somete a una disociación, con la que se obtiene el producto de deshidratación.A method for dehydrating a composition containing carbohydrates. Claim 1: Continuous process for dehydrating a composition containing carbohydrates, characterized in that: i) a composition is provided containing at least one starting material containing carbohydrates , at least one ionic liquid (IL), and at least one solvent (LM) which, under normal pressure (1013 mbaros), has a boiling point of at most 120 ° C, ii) the composition of step i) is introduced into an evaporator and subjected to transformation and evaporation, at a temperature ranging from 100 to 300 ° C and at a pressure of at most 500 mbaros, iii) a gaseous discharge containing the dehydration product is removed from the evaporator, and a liquid discharge containing at least one ionic liquid, iv) a gaseous discharge is condensed and subjected to a dissociation, with which the dehydration product is obtained.
