Abstract
Emulsiones herbicidas de aceite en agua de alta resistencia que contienen una sal de glifosato soluble en agua y un ingrediente activo herbicida soluble en aceite muestran una estabilidad aumentada para la coalescencia de la fase de aceite y la cristalización del ingrediente activo mediante el uso de tensioactivos específicos y solventes orgánicos inmiscibles en agua.Reivindicación 1: Una composición herbicida de emulsión de aceite en agua, estable de alta resistencia que comprende: a) una fase de aceite discontinua que comprende, con respecto a la emulsión de aceite en agua, de aproximadamente 25 gramos de ingrediente activo por litro (g de ia/L) a aproximadamente 300 g de ia/L de al menos un ingrediente activo herbicida soluble en aceite y de 0 gramo por litro (g/L) a aproximadamente 300 g/L de un solvente orgánico inmiscible en agua; b) una fase acuosa continua que comprende, con respecto a la emulsión de aceite en agua, de aproximadamente 260 g de ia/L a aproximadamente 570 g de ia/L de una sal de glifosato soluble en agua y de aproximadamente 200 g/L a aproximadamente 500 g/L de agua; y c) al menos dos tensioactivos emulsionantes de copolímero en bloque de EO/PO no iónico con al menos un valor de equilibrio de hidrófilo lipófilo (HLB) de aproximadamente 13 a aproximadamente 16 y al menos uno que posee un valor HLB de aproximadamente 22 a aproximadamente 29 y cada uno de ellos posee un peso molecular (mw) de aproximadamente 5000 o más, con los tensioactivos emulsionantes combinados que comprenden, respecto de la emulsión de aceite en agua, de aproximadamente 1 g/L a aproximadamente 200 g/L. Reivindicación 2: La composición de la reivindicación 1, en la que al menos un ingrediente activo herbicida soluble en aceite es una auxina sintética o un herbicida inhibidor de la síntesis de lípidos. Reivindicación 12: La composición de la reivindicación 1, en la que al menos dos tensioactivos emulsionantes de bloque de EO/PO no iónicos incluyen ambos copolímeros dibloques y tribloques de óxido de etileno (EO) y óxido de propileno (PO). Reivindicación 19: Un método para preparar una composición de emulsión de aceite en agua herbicida de alta resistencia estable que comprende: a) preparar una fase de aceite discontinua que comprende, respecto de la emulsión de aceite en agua, de aproximadamente 25 gramos de ingrediente activo por litro (g de ia/L) a aproximadamente 300 g de ia/L de al menos un ingrediente activo herbicida soluble en aceite y de 0 gramo por litro (g/L) a aproximadamente 300 g/L de un solvente orgánico inmiscible en agua; b) preparar una fase acuosa continua que comprende, respecto de la emulsión de aceite en agua, de aproximadamente 260 g de ia/L a aproximadamente 570 g de ia/L de una sal de glifosato soluble en agua y de aproximadamente 200 g/L a aproximadamente 500 g/L de agua, y al menos dos tensioactivos emulsionantes de copolímero en bloque de EO/Po no iónicos con al menos uno que posee un valor de equilibrio hidrófilo lipófilo (HLB) de aproximadamente 13 a aproximadamente 16 y al menos uno que posee un valor HLB de aproximadamente 22 a aproximadamente 29 y con cada uno de ellos que posee un peso molecular (mw) de aproximadamente 5000 o mayor, con los tensioactivos emulsionantes combinados que comprenden, respecto de la emulsión de aceite en agua, de aproximadamente 1 g/L a aproximadamente 200 g/L; y c) agregar la fase de aceite a la fase acuosa bajo homogenización de alto corte hasta que se logra una emulsión.
