Abstract

Reivindicación 1: Un implante para implantación subcutánea en un animal que comprende un agente parasiticida, caracterizado porque dicho implante incluye una pluralidad de pellets (14, 16), en donde por lo menos un pellet comprende una dosis de agente parasiticida formulado para liberación inmediata, y por lo menos otro pellet comprende una dosis de agente parasiticida formulado para liberación prolongada.Reivindicación 4: Un implante de acuerdo con cualquiera de las reivindicaciones precedentes, caracterizado porque el agente parasiticida es una avermectina, milbemicina, milbemicina oxima, fenbendazol, lufenuron o derivados o mezclas de los mismos. Reivindicación 5: Un implante de acuerdo con la reivindicación 4, caracterizado porque la avermectina es ivermectina, doramectina, moxidectina, eprinomectrina, abamectina o derivados o mezclas de las mismas. Reivindicación 7: Un implante de acuerdo con cualquiera de las reivindicaciones precedentes, caracterizado porque cada pellet que comprende un dosis de agente parasiticida de liberación inmediata comprende además un agente de desintegración y cada pellet que comprende una dosis de pellet de agente parasiticida de liberación prolongada comprende además un agente aglutinante.
