Abstract
La presente se refiere a las moléculas del ácido nucleico y a los métodos para el uso de los mismos para controlar las plagas de los coleópteros por medio de la inhibición mediada de la interferencia de ARN de las secuencias de codificación de objetivo y de las secuencias de no codificación transcriptas en las plagas de los coleópteros. La revelación también se refiere a los métodos para hacer plantas transgénicas que expresan las moléculas del ácido nucleico para el control de las plagas de los coleópteros y las células de las plantas y las plantas así obtenidas.
